Step 2) Take part in the exclusive vote (end of January and February 2026).
Step 3) If selected, you’ll complete the first installment of your payment and secure your room.
If not, your deposit will be refunded right away.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your application at any time until 1 December 2025 and your deposit will be fully refunded.
- After 1 December 2025, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Selection & Voting Process
- In February 2026, applying couples will be invited to submit up to 5 photos and a short description (can also be adapted from libertine websites if desired).
- They will receive secure access to a private voting platform, where only applying couples can see profiles and vote. Each couple may select up to 18 others.
- The 18 couples with the most votes will win participation.
Payment Rules
- If you are selected, you must complete the remaining balance within 7 days of receiving notification.
- If the balance is not paid within 7 days, the deposit is retained and your spot is offered to the next couple in line.
- If you are not selected, your deposit is fully refunded within 14 days.
Other Notes
- Check-in and check-out details will be communicated closer to the cruise date. Plan for departure in the late morning, and check-out by 10:00 AM on the final day.
- All advertised inclusions (meals, workshops, parties, guided tours, Wi-Fi, cleaning, etc.) are covered in the fare. No hidden costs.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency (value matched to Euro). Cash payments are not accepted.
- Participation is reserved for couples (male/female). Exceptionally, trios (MFM or FMF) are accepted in rooms with three beds, at a 20% surcharge on the room fare.
